94 Public Square N, Dahlonega, Georgia (Right on the town square across street from the famous Gold Rush Museum)
Sips at Bleu is a tasting room inside one of the art galleries on the Dahlonega town square. The town square is very walkable so if you are spending a day or staying in Dahlonega, be sure to pop in to this new tasting room owned by Tiger Mountains Vineyards, also in North Georgia that we reviewed last year when we visited Tiger, Georgia.
Sips at Bleu offers a wide range of wines from Dry, to Sweet, Reds, Whites and Rose; there is a wine at Sips for every palette, taste and preference. Here’s our review of 4 Dry wines we tried in April 2026.

Viognier – Very nice, Dry, floral and perky!
White Tiger – Lovely, citrusy, very easy drinking, ideal for folks who may be new to wine, this is an “Oak” wine and reminded us of a California Chardonnay “Lite”
Rabun Rose – Provence style, nice Dry rose, great for a sunny day and an interesting and nice pale color too!
P.R. Viognier – Our favorite. Dry, little chalky, drying in the mouth even, would be ideal with seafood; this is a sophisticated and very fine wine. Take home a bottle of the P.R. Viognier to complement a fine meal!
Be sure to stop by Sips on Bleu to enjoy a wine and the artwork, and please tell them you read about them on North Georgia Culture.
