We stopped in Blairsville Social before a special event nearby at Grandaddy Mimm’s Distilling Co. “The Co-Op,” and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, and wished we could stay in Blairsville later that day for the evening entertainment and crowd. The bartender was a true pro, friendly and was successfully multi-tasking the drink and meal orders of all of us at the bar. He also knew I was serious when I requested my burger “Medium Rare,” and the kitchen delivered! The burger was perfectly Medium Rare, good size, high quality, and the fries were great and we highly recommend the Collard Greens that has a spiced, peppery, full flavor, and were outstanding. The Blairsville BLT was ideal for lunch, and the crinkle cut fries were a rare treat as you do not see crinkle cut very often. We could tell they have a great crowd and ambience in the evening, and they host special events and musicians regularly, so we look forward to returning to Blairsville Social.
