5 East Jarrad Street, Cleveland, Georgia 30528 (Right on the town square. If you have made it to the town square, go around the town square and you will see Clyde’s)
Clyde’s has an excellent wide menu that includes brunch, sandwiches, fish, chicken and barbeque. We have had many of their items and are fans of their Sunday brunch as they are one of a very few locations that offer Sunday brunch, the kind that can include a Bloody Mary or lager. As for sandwiches, we love their Cuban sandwich and we love their Reuben. We have enjoyed every meal and you will too.
Here is a tip and insider’s hint: There is a bar upstairs that is first come, open service, so unless you have a party with enough people or kids that require you to wait for a table on the ground floor, just walk upstairs and take 2 spots at the bar as it is the same menu, the same complete menu as downstairs. We prefer sitting at the bar as the service in our opinion is always faster and more attentive, and there is no need to wait. Here is another hint and insider tip: We do not recommend popping in the final 45-30 minutes they are open. We have tried to pop in for last call or a bite before they close, and if they have not been busy, they staff, bar and kitchen may already be closing down for the night, and you may feel a little rushed. So just be sure to go during the middle of open hours for lunch or dinner and you will enjoy a fine meal and fine drinks. This is also one of the few bar restaurants with a proper liquor license, so if you like a drink, order it at Clyde’s.

Remember to tip the bartenders and servers well (20% for the tab or $1 per drink traditional tip)! Be sure to inform them you read a review on northgeorgiaculture.com!
